Introduction to JinXing Piston Power Co.Ltd

　　Located on the beautiful Yangtze River, our company, with the land coverage of 25,333m2 , was established in 1987, in Lu Zhou of Sichuan Province, known as “Wine City” in China. It specializes in developing, producing and selling engine pistons. We have a complete production system for piston development, molding, manufacturing and surface treatment, which enables us to make any kind of pistons for automobiles, ships and generators according to samples and designs requested by the customers.
　　There are 5 piston processing and production lines as well as 2 surface processing assembly lines with annual production capacity of 2 million sets. More than150 pecifications of various automobile and generators pistons, etc, are being manufactured and are also marketed at home and abroad. Besides, there are 300 staff members , 3℅of which are with senior titles of professionals or technologists,5℅middle ranks, the rest all professional technicians.
　　Our marketing network covers 29 provinces, cities, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in China. Moreover, our products are exported to countries and districts, including Southeast Asia, Middle East.
　　There are sets of facilities and material physical-chemical analysis equipment such as Alfin Poston Ultrasonic Detector, Piston Oik Cooling Channel Detector, Engine Power Tester, Piston Skirt Outline Measuring Apparatus, Piston Roughness Of Surface Measuring Instrument, Projecting Apparatus, Universal Instrument Microscoper, Metallograph, Hoizontal CNC and Secial-shaped Bore Hole CNC, spraying and coating graphite in shirt technology, hardening anodic oxidation in top and graphite Screen Printing Machine imported from Germany, etc, the establishment of the material physical chemical lab,measuring center that are the assurance in the processing and of the needs of quality control and processing control.
　　In order to keep up with the international track of quality management system, the company has qualified and executed the quality system certification of ISO 9001:2000 in September, 2002, taking the lead in passing the certification of ISO 9002:1994, and moreover, we have also been preparing for the certification of ISO/TS 16949:2002 required by automotive industry recently. The company has been honored with titles such as Quality Management Award granted by the Electromechanical Department, Quality Management Award of Sichuan Province, “State-Class Silver Prize”, “National Superior Product” and “Provincial Superior Product” and so on.
